Miyako DeLucia （デルシアみやこ）は、日本生まれ日本育ちのカリフォルニア州弁護士です。主に日本になんらかのゆかりを持つカリフォルニア在住の皆様を対象に、エステートプランニング（資産・遺産計画）業務を提供しております。もちろん、日本と関わりのないお客様からのご相談も大歓迎です。

プライベートでは、旅行、ズンバ、クロスワードパズル（手軽に楽しめるもの）などを趣味として楽しんでいます。数年前には、猫のイラストを描くことに熱中していた時期もありました（もちろん、当時はAIの手を借りずに描いていました）。

I am a California attorney who was born and raised in Japan. I practice estate planning primarily targeted for people who may have some ties to Japan. Of course, I welcome people who have nothing to do with Japan, too!
In particular, I believe that for Japanese individuals and families living in the United States, being able to consult with a trusted legal professional in Japanese is important. I take the time to understand each client’s family circumstances, assets, and wishes for the future, and provide estate-planning guidance tailored to their individual needs.
Drawing on my experience in legal practice, including reviewing Japanese-language documents in international matters, preparing filings for immigration court, gathering evidence, and conducting legal research, I strive to provide thoughtful and attentive legal services to help clients prepare for the future with confidence.
Outside of my legal practice, I enjoy traveling, Zumba, solving crossword puzzles (the straightforward ones!). A few years ago, I also went through a phase of being completely absorbed in drawing cat illustrations—naturally, back then, it was all done without any AI assistance.
